Shipping policy

Processing times vary and depend on whether or not your items are in stock. All items must be in stock before we ship out to you, or advise you that your order is ready for in store pick up. For in stock items, processing times are usually 3 to 5 business days. For items not in stock, or personalized items, processing times are 2 to 3 weeks.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please indicate so at checkout. We will do our best and contact you if necessary

CANADA

Packages ship expedited via Canada Post, delivery times vary depending on Province, but normally range between 2-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided.

USA & INTERNATIONAL

Packages ship expedited via Canada Post or Chit Chat, delivery times depending on City/State, usually range between 5-10 business days. A tracking number will be provided.
