Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Certain non personalized items may be exchanged in store within 14 days of receipt. Apparel and personalized items are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at lisa@invitationsnicnac.com with details. Please note, you will have to present yourself with the items at our shop in Montreal at the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
